A great place to start if you are looking for anything related to benefits is the following site. It has an
extensive index of benefits documents, a wide variety of governments publications, and questions/answers from experts
in various benefits fields. Although there is some advertising and other commercial materials on the web site,
this does not significantly detract from the scope and quality of the materials available.

The Home Page of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission provides up-to-date access to EEOC developments,
including "Enforcement Guidance" such issues as age discrimination waivers, psychiatric disabilities,
sexual harassment and related topics. These important materials may be downloaded and printed in your office. This
site also contains interesting statistics on the EEOCís enforcement activities.

this Web Site. It contains important documents pertaining to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act and Title IX of the

The DOL Web Site contains a wide variety of materials about the labor including labor statistics and the various
enforcement programs. Unfortunately, Letter Opinions of the Wage Hour Administrator are not accessible through
this Site.
Workplace Violence
